Everyday, from sunrise to sunset, the same thing can turn the different color. Every year, from spring to winter, the same place  can be with different color. The same rocks from different geographical location also  have different color. God uses wind, water and light to draw different pictures with different colors in every part of the world. They are all amazing and glorified. We are all  living in these colorful picutres.

I am just back from Houston, TX for WSSA conference last night. The noises from downtown streets, shopping malls and hotels still fill  every cell of my whole body until I sit in my lazy couch and continue to update my blog. When I write down “At the Foot of the Mountains…”, all the noises from that big city disappeared and my heart becomes peaceful and quiet again. Now, let’s start.

I mentioned Kunlun mountain on my second entry called “Farming Stone “. Because of the topic of that entry, people may think rocks must be the only thing that mountain have. Actually mountains do not only mean Rocks. They also have body, skin, blood, life even emotion and personality just like human. The Rocky mountain and Tianshan mountain are two blood brothers and sit on two sides of the world.

I have showed some pictures about big cities in both America and China on one of my entry called “Reinforced Concrete or Humanism” . They all look the same whatever where they are. Can you imagine thousands years later what they will become? Let’s take a trip into the past. No matter Mesa Verde (700 years) in America or Jiaohe & Gaochang Ruins(2000 years), Milan & Qiuzi ancient cities (2000 years) in China, they were all prosperous and important thousand years ago. They were just like New York City, Beijing and Shanghai today. Time can change big cities into ruins, but people are too small to control anything. My friends, I hope  you can find the images of big cities from thousand years ago via my pictures. Let’s start our trip into the past. The first stop is Mesa verde.

Mesa Verde, CO. America(A.D. 550 to 1300) : Ancestral Puebloans made Mesa Verde their home from about A.D. 550 to 1300. For more than 700 years they and their descendants lived and flourished here.

After the travel of many big cities, I figure out the small village is my home finally. I told my wife when we get old, I hope we can live as two rednecks, live in a small town(the smaller the better), grow vegetables and raise two dogs. God blessed me to find my lovely wife, even before I knew God. My wife was very excited when we were talking about our future redneck life. Hopefully, the dream can be true. As two potential rednecks, we have two potential places to live. One is Hemu village that lies in the northwest of China, the other one is Ouray, CO. in the west of America.

Hemu,Xinjiang, Northwest of China: Population: 1999, area: 772 square miles, average degree in winter:-16.6F. Hemu village is at the foot of Tianshan mountain. In winter, it looks like the Chinese traditional painting.
